Email Whitelisting Guide for Various Email Platforms

  1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu.
  2. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
  3. Select “Create a new filter.”
  4. Add a specific email or a whole domain in the “From” field.
  5. Click “Create filter.”
  6. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.

  2. Tap the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-left corner.
  3. Scroll down and select “Spam & Trash.”
  4. Find the email you want to whitelist and tap it.
  5. Tap the three vertical dots (more options) in the top-right corner.
  6. Choose “Not spam” to whitelist the sender.

  3. Click on “Junk email” in the left-hand menu.
  4. Under the “Safe senders and domains” section, click on “Add.”
  5. Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click “Enter.”

  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “More Settings.”
  4. Click on “Filters” in the left-hand menu.
  5. Click “Add new filters.”
  6. Enter the sender’s email address or domain.
  7. Choose “Inbox” as the destination folder.
  8. Click “Save.”

  2. Click on “Options” (top-right corner) and select “Mail Settings.”
  3. Click on “Spam Settings.”
  4. Add the email address or domain to the “Allow mail from” section.
  5. Click “Save Settings.”

  2. Click “Mail” in the top menu and select “Preferences.”
  3. Go to the “Rules” tab.
  4. Click “Add Rule.”
  5. Enter a description (e.g., “Whitelist: example.com”) for the new rule.
  6. Set the condition to match the sender’s email address or domain.
  7. Choose the action to move the email to your inbox.

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Tap “Mailboxes” in the top-left corner.
  3. Select the “Junk” folder.
  4. Open the email you want to mark as not junk.
  5. Tap the folders icon (bottom menu).
  6. Choose “Inbox.”
  7. Now this and future emails from this sender will appear in your inbox.
